Below are some of your options for requests, reports, complaints, and other services from the City government.

Report to 3-1-1

The City of El Paso’s 3-1-1 Program is a type of citizens’ hotline. It’s a simple way for you to report problems or ask questions about your community without tying up emergency lines. Simply dial 3-1-1 from your phone from within El Paso (or 915-212-0000 from anywhere) or use the convenient EP311 mobile app or the online reporting tool.

The 3-1-1 Customer Service Center can make requests and provide information for more than 20 City departments. Click here to learn more about the types of issues you can report via 3-1-1. Environmental Services

The Environmental Services Department (or ESD) is responsible for providing a wide range of services to the residents of El Paso, like garbage and curbside recycling collections, landfill operations, air quality monitoring, and vector control, among other services to help keep our community clean and beautiful.
